As part of this commit, caching of shortcuts is removed, the BayesTreeCliqueBase::marginal function computing single-variable shortcut marginals is removed, and the factor/frontal size checks in symbolic and discrete elimination are modified to permit eliminating empty factors or zero frontal variables.
